Regarding your privacy on TCG.events
Tracking and data use
This website does not track you, nor does it use or export your data.
This website does not require nor use any form of private data from regular browsing, until you create an account, which is absolutely not required (according to UE 2016/679 definitions).
All the data you provide to this website will remain within this website only.
No commercial, or any external use is made of the data posted on this website, or coming from browsing traffic.
We may change this Privacy Policy at any time. We will post all changes to this Privacy Policy on this page.
By continuing to use the Site and/or the Services or providing us with information following such a replacement Policy being uploaded, you agree that you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by the Privacy Policy as changed.
By browsing this website, you agree to have Google Maps and OpenStreet Maps loaded on your computer (personal computer, smartphone, table, or any other capable device). None of them are called on the home page.
This website can't work properly without them.
Security and storage
The only exception to data storage only concerns the use of this website through a "Tournament Organizer" account, which anyone can apply to for free.
Tournament organisers have their data stored on this website, in one single database, and no use is made of such data other than exposing it to the public through their public profiles.
The only non-public, non-disclosed storage is made of Tournament Organizers' login email (which remains private and can differ from the contact one) and their password.
Passwords are encoded (ciphered) and strictly non-reversible. The TCG.Events team can change a user password, but not retrieve it.
You can use your right to be forgotten by simply contacting us by mail: thedocrepinsfx [at] gmail [dot] com.
Definitions
Your private data is data that won't be shared with anyone else than TCG.Events team.
Your public data is everything else, which is: anything you will type in, submit and enter on this website.
Registered users are required to provide a nickname, and a few information fields. Using real data is in their own interest, otherwise using this website loses all of it for both parties.
